As of May 2026. The Lattice is operated under the same provider as Nébula and shares the same controller, contact, and operational privacy stance. The legally binding version is the German Datenschutzerklärung.
The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR is:
Adwoa Theresa Adu-Sanyah, c/o Postflex #7630, Emsdettener Str. 10, 48268 Greven, Germany. For contact details see the Legal Notice.
The Lattice is built so that as little personal data as possible is collected. The intake form is the only point at which personal data is actively submitted. No user account is required to read the public pages. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking, and no profiling.
The Lattice is a structural-descriptive editorial instrument. It is not medical care, psychological therapy, diagnosis, financial or legal advice, and it is not astrology or fortune-telling. The readings it produces are editorial documents that describe structure and contain no predictions.
When you complete the intake at intake.html, the following are processed: your name, your email address, the responses you provide across the twenty-two prompts, the chosen edition, the language of the intake, the IP address of the submitting device, and the timestamp of submission.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract) for the preparation and delivery of the reading; Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for continued storage of your responses for the preparation of future overlay editions you may commission.
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. OVH stores IP addresses in standard server logs for a maximum of six months for the prevention of abuse. Data processing takes place within the European Union.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the service).
The intake form writes to a MySQL database operated within the same OVH hosting environment. No data is transferred to processors outside the European Union for the operation of The Lattice. If you commission a reading and pay via an external payment provider, the data necessary for that transaction is processed by the payment provider under its own privacy terms; we will inform you of the provider in use at the point of checkout.
The Lattice sets no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. No third-party cookies are loaded. The site uses only technically necessary session data where required for the intake form to function. Consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG is therefore not required (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG).
OVH server logs: maximum six months.
Intake responses: retained indefinitely so that future overlay editions can be prepared without re-completing the intake. You may request deletion at any time by writing to info@adwoatheresa.com; deletion is performed within seven working days.
Delivered readings: retained for as long as the lifetime access included with your edition remains active.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). The competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, telephone +49 981 180093-0, www.lda.bayern.de.
Please direct requests to info@adwoatheresa.com (subject line: "Privacy"). We respond within the statutory period of one month.
