The Lattice FAQ
This page answers the ordinary questions about purchasing, accessing, completing and retaining a Lattice result.
What is The Lattice?
The Lattice is an original human-authored structural system of position, relation and field. After purchase, you make six structured selections. The system processes them deterministically through the fixed Lattice canon to produce your individual result.
What happens after purchase?
After Wix confirms the purchase, you receive a separate personal Lattice access link. The Wix download is customer and consumer information only; it is not your Lattice result. Your personal Lattice link takes you first through the applicable fulfilment step and then into the structured input.
I did not receive the Lattice access email. What should I do?
Open the Lattice access page and use “Request another access link” with exactly the email address used for the purchase. Also check spam and junk folders.
What information do I enter?
The input consists of six structured movements: Orientation, Cadence, Aperture, Gravity, Friction and Signature. Each movement asks you to choose from fixed options. There are no free-text fields and no request for intimate or sensitive personal details.
Is there a correct or better answer?
No. The selections are not a test or hierarchy. Choose the wording that most accurately describes your present position. The Lattice does not rank anyone as spiritually higher, further advanced or better.
Can I change my selections before calculation?
Yes. After the sixth movement you receive a complete review of all six selections. Each can still be edited. Only “Resolve my coordinate” triggers the final calculation for that purchase.
What does a Lattice coordinate mean?
Within the spiritual philosophy of The Lattice, the coordinate renders a present relational position within an open field - a present-life locus of progression from which a complete soul is presently expressing and encountering this earthly life. The coordinate is not the person and does not represent the totality of the soul.
Does The Lattice claim to scientifically measure the soul or a metaphysical field?
No. The topology and its coordinates belong to the authored Lattice system. Spiritual propositions are understood within its philosophy; The Lattice does not claim to scientifically prove or physically measure a metaphysical realm.
How is my result produced?
Your six structured selections are processed through the fixed human-authored canon and predetermined rules. No generative model interprets your answers at runtime, and there is no routine individual human review. Before release, an automated quality gate checks structure, completeness and PDF rendering.
What is the difference between The Position and The Position & Field?
The Position contains the complete fifteen-section core result. The Position & Field contains that core result plus the Field Dimension associated with the resolved primary position and three complete adjacent-position renderings.
How long is my result available online?
Hosted browser access remains available for 30 days from delivery unless access is lawfully ended earlier. Download your result PDF during that period. The downloaded PDF remains your own copy.
What if my personal link no longer works?
If your purchase is still active and the hosted-access period remains open, use “Request another access link” on the Lattice access page. Personal access links should not be shared.
Can I change answers after resolution and generate another result?
No. Review and editing take place before “Resolve my coordinate.” Once resolved, the result for that purchase is fixed. A new independent Lattice run requires a new purchase.
How do withdrawal and early fulfilment work?
After purchase, the applicable withdrawal and fulfilment step is presented. Early fulfilment is never preselected. If you do not choose early fulfilment, the purchase remains valid and fulfilment unlocks automatically after the statutory waiting period. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The electronic withdrawal function is accessible through the Lattice interface and the linked withdrawal information.
Is The Lattice therapy, professional advice or prediction?
No. The Lattice is spiritual and interpretive digital content within an authored structural system. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not promise prediction, healing, revelation, transformation, success, wealth or any particular external outcome.
Is telephone consultation or product interpretation provided?
No. Telephone consultation, interpretation and product guidance are not provided for The Lattice. Any published telephone number is business/legal contact information only. Ordinary Lattice questions are answered through this FAQ. Contractual or legal communications may be sent to info@adwoatheresa.com.
What should I do if there is a genuine technical failure?
First use access recovery and the guidance on this page. If a genuine technical failure prevents paid access or delivery, email info@adwoatheresa.com with only the purchase email address and order number. Do not send personal spiritual material.
The Lattice is deliberately built as an automated, self-service digital product. This FAQ is the primary information route for ordinary product questions.
